18MnMoNbR chemical composition stable price

The production method of seamless steel pipe can be roughly divided into cross rolling method (menesmann method) and extrusion method. The cross rolling method (menesmann method) is to pierce the tube blank with the cross roll first, and then extend it with the rolling mill. This method is fast in production, but requires high machinability of tube blank. It is mainly suitable for producing carbon steel and low alloy steel tube, 18MnMoNbR chemical composition tube.

As soon as the grains of the steel sheet become coarse, the forming limit decreases. The total elongation, n value and r value in the mechanical properties of the 18MnMoNbR chemical composition steel plate have no direct influence on the forming limit of spinning. The steel plate used in the test is very thin (about 0.5mm), and the commonly used thickness 18MnMoNbR chemical composition steel plate (0.8-1.6mm) will definitely be much higher than the above limit.

SPV355 grade is a kind of steel for medium temperature pressure vessel of Japanese standard. The technical standard is JISG3115. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, power station, boiler and other industries to make reactors, heat exchangers, separators, spherical tanks, oil and gas tanks, equipment and components such as liquefied gas tanks, nuclear reactor pressure shells, boiler drums, liquefied petroleum gas cylinders, high-pressure water pipes of hydropower stations, and turbine volutes.

The main competitive means adopted by major domestic ports are to expand ports, build deep-water berths and channels, improve service quality to reduce the comprehensive cost of customers, and at the same time, to improve competitive advantage, we should also take appropriate measures to reduce relevant costs and prices.
